Summary
For the past three years Shibuya has been under a strict quarantine where no one can get in besides the military. Since the day that everyone evacuated, Hatsune Miku has disappeared from the world with statements from Crypton Future Media and the idol group they manage. However, Miku's partner of the time, Kasane Teto, has for the most part disappeared from general media. Quitting her idol career and moving in with Gumi as she recovers.
When Shibuya eventually reopens to the general public without any long-term effects on the world, Teto moves into an apartment in the Harajuku area (Shibuya). And finally, it appears the past three years of grief are over. Just not by conventional means.

Summary
Satoru has lived most of his life in relative isolation. So when he begins to feel like he's no longer alone (and not in the good way) whenever he steps outside, he starts to get rightfully freaked out. “Hello,” the alpha rumbles, voice deep and almost smoky, but soft at the same time, like he’s trying his best not to spook Satoru. Too bad though, because Satoru is already thoroughly spooked. “Are you alright?”
Satoru still hasn’t moved, and he can feel his glasses sliding down his nose. He clears his throat, and his heart begins to thump again, albeit erratically.
