Summary
Ben can't hold onto a single good thing in his life: the love of his life is dating his brother, the house he built her is going to be taken by the bank and the promotion he needed went to someone else. A one-night stand with waitress Rey is just another bump on his road, not something of lasting consequences. Or so he thinks.
Rey knows there are two types of women: the ones who are gifted houses and the ones who won't even get a goodbye kiss in the morning. That doesn't mean she's content to be the second type. A chance encounter with architect Ben only strengthens her desire to find out how the other half lives. So Rey does. By moving into the house he built for his ex and introducing herself as his wife. Now this will teach Ben some bedside manners!

Ben Solo, however, is a colleague she’ll never get to know even remotely, as he always declines his coworkers’ invitations.
Susmita Warsi, meanwhile, thinks that if Rey Jones were to ask him out personally, Ben Solo would make an exception.
