Summary
Lance decides that enough is enough.
“How dare you,” he says, unprompted by anything but his own audacity (which, frankly, could fill an Olympic-sized swimming pool).
Keith sighs, having been friends long enough with Lance to correctly identify the beginnings of a needlessly dramatic and often boredom-induced hissy fit. He dutifully looks in his blind spot, puts on his blinker, and pulls into the nearest exit, even though they have enough snacks to last them through a zombie apocalypse and filled up on gas about an hour and a half ago.
“Please don’t start until I park the car,” Keith says tiredly as he drives down the off-ramp.
Lance sniffs. “I will wait until you’ve come to a rolling stop and not a second longer,” he says, just to be contrary.
