Summary
Judy Hopps is finally given a real case. Mostly because Bogo is pretty sure that she'll never solve it. A masked mammal is dealing out vigilante justice around Zootopia, and no one has managed to catch him yet.
Though with a name like the Red Phantom, maybe he's just too ashamed to be found out.
A story made up of drabbles in which Judy and Nick meet under very different circumstances, but the outcome is much the same.
