Mark frowns, holding his phone with so much confusion. “I’m sorry?”
"A hate comment," the voice repeats, perfectly casual. "At least 350 words. How much do you charge?"
“Is this a prank?” Mark asks, deadpan.
The line goes quiet for half a second before the guy answers, perfectly serious. “No. Do you accept bank transfers?”(or, Mark is just an English teacher trying to make some extra money).

Summary
Mark loved auction day, his annual allowance from his father burning a hole in his pocket. Money was certainly no issue, he could afford an omega every year if he wanted, but that’s not what made this so thrilling. It was waiting for the right omega to take the stage, if they’d take the stage, that made his blood rush.
Once the omega lifted his head to burn holes into the back wall with his angry eyes, Mark felt his heart stutter in his chest. Shaggy brown hair, long legs, pouty lips, golden skin…but most importantly, fire.
