“I will be married to a handsome prince, and we shall live in a magic sugar castle together,” Tori reads off, looking amused. “Six year old me had some pretty big goals.”
Trina looks significantly less amused, waving her hand, rolling her eyes. “Yeah, yeah, whatever. Just read what you said you’d do if that didn’t happen. Which it didn’t.”
“Okay,” Tori squints at the note. “If this doesn’t happen, I have to be...Trina’s assistant...for a...month,” Tori looks horrified. “No!” Tori protests, shaking her head. “No, what the hell? I was six when I wrote this!”
“Boo hoo! You were the one who said that you’d have to keep your word no matter what! So suck it up, Tori!”
Jade watches, amused. Tori’s life sounds like it’s going to be absolute hell for a whole month. Though, while Jade loves to watch Tori suffer, she’s also a little annoyed about it. Because Tori is going to be suffering for a whole month from Trina’s doing, and not Jade’s. There’s not going to be any time for Jade to make Tori suffer.
So, in a moment of impulse, Jade leans forwards, making eye contact with Trina.
