Draco exhales. Warm air against Harry’s lips. It sounds like the beginning of his name. Of course that’s foolishness speaking, his wild, giddy imagination refusing to accept that Draco has no concept of who’s holding him now… That even if he did, he’d never say Harry, never let his name pass his lips without a sneer and a spitting noise on the P. Potter, he’d snap. Never Harry.
He has to remember that. Has to remember that there’s nothing about Harry that would draw Draco to him. Nothing that would coax him to return, to be.
