Summary
It's a never ending story. Kagome obtains cursed jewel, falls into the well, but is now trapped over fifty years in the past. Hiding Inuyasha's daughter from him in plain sight. Can she withhold her secrets, and pretend she's not a wife that desperately wants her husband back, when he's right there? More importantly, what if she gives in? Meddling in places she shouldn't, will her ripples in the past change the future? Inuyasha aged up to 18 for sanity's sake.

“—Sorry!” Kagome blurted, bringing the world to a screeching halt, both hands slapped atop that explosive pressure.
The furious grit wiped right off Inuyasha's face. He’d prepared defenses for her oncoming attack, not her immediate surrender.
She chuckled briefly, and the turnabout horrified him, she’s smiling. “I’m just—” She combed her fingers through her hair, over her ear, and down the length. Combing through that same path over and over as she spoke. “—all over the place. You’re right. I’ve been doing what I had to. It’s okay. It’s okay now.”

Inuyasha grimaces. His foot starts tapping again, and Kagome notes that he’s wearing dark Chelsea boots with tight jeans – and they are tight everywhere. “You really weren’t listening to me,” he says, aggravated. “I told you. I’ve been sent by The Guild.”
“The Guild.”
He shoots her an unimpressed glare, which is understandable. Everyone knows about The Guild of Witches. Kagome’s not in top form, but she can slowly piece two and two together. The Guild of Witches is the governing body for all practicing witches on the continent. They are judge and jury, enforcement and legislation, scholarship and practicum. In this instance, what she’s gathering is this: The Guild has sent her yet another familiar for her to attempt to bond with, because they think she is dangerous and/or evil, and they wish to have a spy.
