" Zanka closes and opens his eyes. His chest heaves a little, just a bit, when he tries to take in the sight in front of him. His brain malfunctions.
“What the fuck?” is what leaves his mouth, sounding more like a question to himself than anything, really.
Jabber looks at him stupid.
Zanka looks at him stupider.
What the fuck.
“Huh.”
Zanka blinks again.
He takes a few seconds to respond.
“Is this real or should I get my head checked?” he asks, finally, truly.
“‘Dunno,” Jabber pinches his forearm. “Seems pretty real.”
Zanka blinks, again, and wishes it was, in fact, his head. "

Normal. Usual. Been going on for so long, has come so far, transformed in so many ways, Zanka can barely remember a Jabber-less life. Doesn't particularly want to, either.
He never suspected it'd break so easily, so unexpectedly.
Zanka and Jabber are in a full on secret situationship, and have been for a long, long while. One night, Enjin stumbles upon them making out in an alley.
