She's holding strong. That's Amy for you—resolute to the very end.
Sonic walks over to set the snack tray and his cookie down on the coffee table instead of her desk, a clear indication that this isn't the end of their conversation. He faces Amy, looking her up and down. She really does look haggard.
"Say, when's the last time you've taken a break?"
...She bites her lip.
"Or slept?"
His companion has no answer for him.

Fighting back against a potentially world-ending mechavirus is taking its toll. Sonic, struggling to prevent total infection, and Amy, leading the Restoration's countermeasures, consider what they can do to be there for each other in the middle of it all.
