“Where are you? ‘Zashi? What’s wrong?” Shouta gripped the phone tight to his ear. Distant, loud music spilled through the speaker, muffled like Hizashi was outside the bar.
“Sh-Shoooutaa…” Hizashi slurred, his words were jumbled and disjointed, muffled where the speaker was being held too close to his mouth. He was barely making sense, and Shouta could only understand a few delirious words, “Shooou… I’m at- …need youuu… ‘m h-hurrrt.”
Or
Shouta's worried that Hizashi hasn't come home from the bar yet. When Hizashi calls him, sounding delirious and asking for help, nothing could prepare Shouta for the state he finds Hizashi in.

Summary
Okay, so I started writing this literally an entire year ago and it isn't finished but I knew if I didn't post any of it now, I would never post any of it. So here's my GaaLee cupcake shop au.
Gaara and his three kids move into town and meet the sweet single father, Rock Lee, who runs the local cupcake shop and his son. The kids bond almost instantly and friendships blossom!All this and more at The Hidden Lotus cupcake shop!
(Gaara is a botanist but I don't know much about plants, so I don't write all that much about it.)

He’s got his children, Boruto and Himawari, whom he loves more than he’s able to comprehend. And he’s got the memory of Hinata in his mind, every single day.
The appearance of an angry foreign boy from Suna in his life sounds like nothing but trouble, but Naruto’s never been one to shy away from trouble. Subconsciously, he welcomes it, because trouble is a distraction from his own pain. But he didn’t expect the Suna boy to bring his mentally ill father and the Light back into Naruto’s life.
