Summary
Ten years after the Meteor Crisis, New Midgar is celebrating its reconstruction and a budding relationship with Wutai. To celebrate, Mayor Reeve Tuesti is throwing a party for the people - a grand opening of the city's brand new concert hall. In the shadows, however, Tseng and the Turks investigate a series of sinister crimes - a serial killer is on the loose. The killer is clever and Tseng is cracking under the pressure. Can they solve this mystery before he strikes again?
