Planet Rolo is the most prosperous planet in the solar system due to the large and plentiful casinos for the rich, and the lucrative alpha slave trade with other planets in the galaxy as they are the only planet that can produce alphas. Waverly is the princess to planet Rolo and on her sixteenth birthday she has to find an alpha to sire an heir before her mother dies in order to be eligible to take over when Michelle does pass. futuristic, syfi kind of vibes. I think.
