Chuuya wants them to put a name to the strange relationship the pair share, while Dazai fears the consequences of once again allowing himself to want something.

Corruption turned Chuuya into a weapon of pure destruction. Violence was after all but one form of currency the Mafia wielded, and with Chuuya they could wield it like no other. A powerful pawn to be moved across the board at will, and Dazai saw himself as the master of that board.
