Rumours spread fast in London. Especially between those who practice or study the occult. Even more so when it's rumoured that one of the most widely profound magic users has the devil locked in his basement, that is a feat not just anyone could perform. Roderick Burgess however had died long ago, and no one knew if his remaining son ever kept him there or let him go. There were rumours that it was all a fad for money. It was impossible to tell.
