“And so the Geo Archon raised mountains from barren land, one higher than the other, just like he promised to his beloved wind, in hopes that he would one day reach the sky to reunite with him.”
He wasn’t sure what to make of this. This entire novel seemed to focus rather on romance than on actual historic facts or theories.
It should have come as no surprise to him that a book from Mondstadt -the city of freedom and romance- was focusing on romantic aspects rather than facts. This rather poetic interpretation of Liyue’s mountains shouldn’t stun him this much. However, he couldn’t fathom how anyone could possibly have found out about his horrible crush on the Anemo Archon.
Especially, when he himself wasn’t able to figure out his feelings until well after Guizhong’s passing. Only when Barbatos had fallen in a thousand year long slumber did he realize that perhaps he was not as unaffected by it as he previously had thought.Bookmarked by Bizeru

“Yup.” Her companion said, the boy with matching dark curls leaned back into his seat, taking a hefty bite of his muffin.
“And your dad is in love with my dad.”
“Unfortunately.”
“But my dad let himself be put into an arranged marriage and instead of putting his foot down against my grandparents, he was a coward and broke your dad’s heart.” She tapped a long manicured finger against the rim of her coffee cup.
“That’s how the story goes.”
Years after having his heart broken and running away to Argentina, Atsumu returns to Japan with his sixteen year old son, Katsuo. being in the same city as tendou but not being able to see him was an absolute tragedy to ushijima. thankfully, his teammates whined loud enough about not being able to explore paris that their coach agreed to let the team be released into the wild for a day as long as they won a gold medal – which they did.

Oikawa asks, taunting the red head.
“How long has it been, Toshi? Eight months? I love him more and more each day”
Tendou professes as he squeezes Ushijima’s shoulders and locks eyes with Oikawa again.
Tendou loves joking around with his opponents before a volleyball match but-
“Tendou, I am so sorry.”
Ushijima simply says, and he sounds like he really means it.
Tendou is so confused. Why was Ushijima apologizing to him?
“I had no idea that the nature of our relationship was that of boyfriends and not best friends. I shall do my best to make the necessary adjustments to my behavior.”
Wait. Did Ushijima not know he was joking to Oikawa about them being boyfriends?

TLDR: Tendou makes a joke to Oikawa that he and Ushijima are dating and Ushijima actually thinks he is serious about it. This makes Ushijima realise a thing or two about their relationship and the adjustments he might want to make to said relationship.
