And Steve Rogers killed red skull.
Peggy Carter went on to live her life, and live it well. Steve Rogers and James Barnes are remembered as shield agents.But in this Story the Winter Soldier lives. The winter soldier lives and the only thing it has from Barnes is the memory of a blond.
No one tells it the blond is dead. Instead they replace the blond with another experiment of Zola's.

Tommy's life is shit. First off he's an omega, so barley considered a person. Second off he really really hates the person who owns him's dad.
Ok maybe it's not that bad. I mean Wilbur is nice when he's not mad. That's better then what most omgas have. Yeah he's a little jealous of Ranboo. But that's expected. Tommy just has to remember that there's no getting out of this. Ever.Ranboo meanwhile, is pretty happy. His life isn't perfect sure, but it's pretty good. Heay be an omega but he ended up with a very sweet alpha. This works.
Following the pov of Tommy and Ranboo as events unfold that will change their lives, hopefully for the better.
