Summary
You’re an north american college student, studying language, and planning to study abroad in japan. While learning Japanese, you went ahead found yourself a pen pal for extra credit. After 2 years of intense studying, you’re now fluent in Japanese, and a few other languages.
When you finally arrive in Japan, you meet a particularly corny man, whom you develop a mad crush on. Eventually, you find yourself very openly expressing/displaying your feelings for him.
