Chi Cheng doesn't know how he ends up at the clinic. There was nothing wrong with him after all. It was not even in the part of town that he spent any amount of time in. But Guo Chengyu had told him that there was a contact of his around this area who could help him look for his snakes. So he'd walked around after meeting with said contact, an angry looking alpha with too many tatoos. Somewhere around the clinic, he'd picked up this mouth watering scent of waterlilies and an undercurrent of something sweet and sugary.
He wanted to get a closer sniff of the delicious scent. He wanted to bury his nose against the scent gland and hide the omega this sweet scent belonged to away so it would be all his.
Except, when he is faced with said omega in the clinic, it did not go the way he had expected. The sweet, sugary scent turned sour when he entered the almost empty clinic. Before he could get a real look at the omega, said omega had scurried away to the back and now he was being blocked by some other angry omega.

Chi Cheng is instantly obsessed with Wu Suowei but it seemed like Wu Suowei wanted nothing to do with him. That just would not do, now would it?
