Summary
In this alternate story, Joe is not an orphan, he has his mom. He went to play the risky stunt and fell from the hill-top.
He never died, but went into a 2 year long coma after the accident. His mom, P'Wut and Sol kept him hidden from Tong, Ming and the chaos, and hence the last news Ming heard about Joe is that of his accident. He sent his men everywhere in search of Joe, to no success. Everyone around him tried to convince him that Joe died. He didn't listen and kept on waiting for Joe in his riverside home (of course he bought the house).
Joe is now a very famous actor and model in a neighboring country (with business enmity with their homeland, that's why his movies were not broadcasted in his homeland keeping Ming in the dark about his existence for the last 1 year).
His mom fell ill suddenly, so he brought her to get her treated in their homeland. There one day Joe came to sneak-peak at his old condo, but was discovered by Ming. After the passing shock and joy, Ming held to Joe for his dear life, cried his eyes out begging to stay with Joe. Joe's afraid he still loved Ming, but was too afraid to trust him again. Desperate, Ming dropped a shocker (in the story :) ).

"I don't even like women! I used you for your money, and now I don't need you anymore!"
The whole world shook in front of Dr. Fahlada's eyes. Is this really Earn? Her Earn? What is she even saying? Is this a sick joke?
"Let me go!" Earn violently freed herself from Dr. Fahlada's embrace. The doctor fell down and injured her leg. But she rose up on her feet immediately, limping she embraced Earn once again from behind.
"Earn! Please don't leave! I love you, Earn!"
"This is embarrassing, P'Mor" Earn's ice-cold voice jarred the doctor back to her sense, "Aren't you embarrassed to chase after a woman? And, I am only nineteen year old, if you don't leave me alone, I'll file a police complaint that you are using your money and power to control a poor teenage girl."
Dr. Fahlada's beautiful face was completely bloodless. She opened the embrace immediately, an acute shame attacked her and she wished to die.
Earn ran out of her house. They never saw each other again until four years later when one fine day, a very talented fresher joined the management committee of the prestigious national hospital owned by angel doctor Fahlada, and it turned out to be none other than Earn.
