Sure, Jake and Heeseung live together. Yes, they also live with Riki, a freshman (i.e., a literal baby) they have to look out for unless they want his parents to kick them out. They even have a dog named Layla. And yes, it may sound an awful lot like one big happy family, but that doesn’t mean they’re married or even dating.
