  Summary

  Yukio is a creature of habit. That is a fact. Any deviation from that probably means the apocalypse is coming.

  Yukio's routine has changed. That is also a fact, somehow. Something's very wrong. And yet, he won't breathe a word of the terrible thing that must have happened to force someone so resistant to change to act so... random.

  It's a good thing that Rin is an expert in all things Yukio and is determined to get to the bottom of this.

  Summary

  Rin is struggling, as moving into a new place right after watching his entire life (and his father) crash and burn is not exactly going well. On top of that, his body, both old and new, feels wrong at all times and he is constantly overwhelmed by the flames that lie within. Who could he turn to in this time of need? His twin who has clearly stated that he blames him for Father Fujimoto's death? Not an option.

  So, Rin just burns from the inside out, sleepless and guilt-ridden and disgusted by all he is and has become, hoping some solution might just fall from the sky.

  And maybe, eventually, one does.

  (In less dramatic terms: Rin realises he can't sleep without a ton of blankets, the fic.)
