Out of nothing but what her family left her, reader has built a (somewhat) safe haven from the ground. After 2 lonely, brain numbing years spent with her furry companion and herself, filled with tormenting heats, a skilled hunter stumbles upon her sanctuary. He calls himself Daryl Dixon and offers her an opportunity.
After her whole world gets jumbled, she finds herself with no choice but to follow him to what he calls "a better place than this shithole."

A story about falling in love with Daryl Dixon, but realllllly, really slowly and (hopefully) realistically. This chaptered story spans the entirety of the Walking Dead TV series, and perhaps extends into the time period in which Daryl travels to France, Spain, and beyond. It's sweet and romantic and takes quite a while for the good stuff to get started, just like it would with the real Daryl Dixon. If you want to truly immerse yourself into the TWD world and re-frame the entire thing around what a romantic relationship with everyone's favorite archer might be like, this story is for you.
