Summary
Sometimes class 1a forgot that Midoriya and Bakugo grew up together. To be fair to them, it was an easy thing to do – after all its not like they acted much like childhood friends, but like with everything, the duo had a way of surprising even the most serious of their class.
They just didn't expect to be reminded with the words 'wiggle' and 'Japtain Cack Sparrow' but that's just how life works sometimes.

Shit. Fuck—okay. So he'll be seeing Izuku for the first time in ten years in the next day or two. Katsuki can handle it. He can—he can be nice. Cordial, at the very least, if Izuku decides he doesn't want to have anything to do with him. Maybe they'll even pretend they don't know each other, just a couple of strangers meeting by circumstance.
Katsuki grimaces at that. He's a shit liar, hates doing it, and he knows he won't be able to pretend he doesn't know Izuku, that Izuku wasn't an integral part of his life for the first fifteen years of it.
I think you'll like him, Ochako had said, and Katsuki snorts. She doesn't know the half of it.

Summary
Katsuki keeps starting fires. Well, let’s reword that. He keeps setting off the fire alarms. He doesn’t always start fires. Sometimes he leaves his dinner on the stove for way too long or accidentally lights a candle underneath his smoke detector. He accidentally pulled the building fire alarm with his umbrella last week (don’t ask) and he may or may not have started a couple of actual fires as well—he really doesn’t know how the tiny grease fire in his kitchen started. And it just so happens that the fire alarm is going off right now.
Or: Firefighter!Deku au where Katsuki can't think of any other way to get his attention besides 'accidentally' starting fires.
