“What?” Soobin’s concern suddenly spikes. “Why? Are you feeling sick?” Soobin gently pushes Beomgyu a few centimeters away to be able to check his face.
“Yes…but not really. I feel like I might be, uh…starting my heat?”
It’s unusual for Beomgyu to be so shy. Soobin hasn’t seen him this anxious since the first day he was brought in and stayed glued to Soobin’s side, not even straying far enough to explore the rest of the flat.
“Oh? But your heat shouldn’t be due for another 4 months at least.”
Soobin knows the date because he has it circled in his calendar; has been dutifully preparing for it. The recommendation from the shelter was to prepare some toys, so Soobin has been scouring specialized websites to find the best options. He ended up panicking and buying way too many of them, has a pile of unopened boxes taller than him in his closet and the delivering company probably thinks he's got a sex addiction or something.
Beomgyu, Soobin's recently adopted puppy hybrid, goes into heat (allegedly)
