Summary
When Vox listens to Shoto’s memories, of frog catching and stargazing, eating chè chuối in bed, listening to the loud chirps of cicadas, scaring his sisters with a plastic lizard, he feels like he’s standing on the other side of a glass wall. It’s thick and impenetrable. Even though he can tilt his head and see through it, everything looks wonky and blurred, not quite the way it’s supposed to be. He’s not sure why he’s like this. It seems to him that everyone else sees things the right way.
Shoto and Vox, long distance boyfriends, are reunited in a month long outing. As time draws closer for Shoto's departure, Vox finds himself becoming increasingly anxious, counting down moments as though they are the last one he'll ever have left. As his mental health drains, old wounds are reopened: scars sliced open to watch the blood trickle out, stinging bitter-sweet memories revealed alongside them.

Summary
Shoto has a really high sex drive, but his lover — Vox, isn't sexually attracted to male bodies, which led to them having a romantic and non-sexual relationship — and it was completely fine for Shoto. Everything was okay, really. What mattered was that they loved each other.
Vox who always wanted the best for Shoto, however, had a different opinion.
