    Have two people ever needed to get a different perspective on their lives more than Colin and Anthony Bridgerton? Neither of them see themselves, each other or the women in their lives clearly. So what would happen if they wake up one morning only to find they have swapped bodies? Will Colin be able to see how weighed down Anthony is by his own impossibly high expectations of who he believes he needs to be to protect and love his family? Will he be able to see why Anthony may seem too hard on him? Will he see just how much Pen truly means to him?

    As for Anthony, will he be able to see how hard it has been for Colin to feel invisible and unworthy? Will he be able to reconcile how his own actions may have contributed to that? Will he also see that sometimes it is important to lead with your heart, especially when it comes to falling in love? What will happen when their lives literally get mixed around, and will they ever return to their own bodies or are they destined to be trapped as one another?

    Or Colin and Anthony accidentally body swap in season 2.

    This story will start off as following a mixture of the show and the books until chaos throws a wrench into it!

    Colin Bridgerton has been teasing Penelope Featherington for as long as he can remember. Mercilessly, in fact. It's the only way he can stay sane. If he only said all of the wonderful things he thought about her, he would have to admit to his feelings and that would get quite uncomfortable for them both. Teasing allows him to hide in plain sight. She lets him flirt outrageously and compliment her and sometimes even act like her boyfriend solely because she has no clue he means it.

    Only now, as he approaches thirty, he's been doing it for far too long. Now, his emotional armour has rusted and he can't be vulnerable, and, as an out of work actor, it's not only affecting his personal life but also his career. But he has an idea! He just hopes she's willing to grant him this one favour.

    There's no chance accidentally releasing years of built up sexual tension will go spectacularly, clumsily and chaotically off the rails, right? Right?
