    Tim is a reasonable person.
    He rolls with the punches, so to speak; he's dealt with hurt, betrayal, and abandonment.
    The whole nine yards. Sure, he has his moments, but overall, he reacts pretty rationally to things.

    But watching his baby brother begging his Baba not to hurt him while Bruce insists he needs to "learn a lesson" via a forceful dose of a fear toxin mask?

    Well, the bats didnt kill- but that rule didnt apply to Batman himself right??
    Because, by god, Tim had never been closer to tearing someone's throat out with his bare teeth.

    (TLDR: Tim sneaks into the cave, watches an incident and goes ape shit against Batman himself to protect his baby brother- hurt/comfort ensues with Batfam)
