After a phoenix, tommy, loses the letter he was supposed to give to Lady of the Moon, Kristin, he spends days searching for it, and Wilbur the siren, is on the run for having opened the letter and causing chaos to happen in the salty waters, and techno, leviathan, protector of the oceans, is on the hunt for the golden phoenix as he assumes tommy must've caused all this.
