Summary
They weren’t as young as they used to be. The war had taken too much of them and too many responsibilities hung heavy around their necks. They weren’t as care free anymore and their days of passing a bottle of dark liquor back and forth on the floor of their bunk room had long passed. But they had each other and, soon, the little life kicking out steadily below Rex’s clasped hands.
A collection of stories that don't fit within the main fic, Mhi Ba'juri Verde. These are not in any particular order and are set in different times in the AU.

Summary
Cody’s hands shook as he took off his armor.
The calm missions were accompanied by a different kind of stress. The longer they went, the more the tension built at the back of Cody's neck. His teeth chattered in his helmet and set his every nerve on edge, causing him to jump at every movement and sound. He focused in on every flit across his HUD until the muscles in his arms ached with the effort of following with his blaster.
And then nothing. No relief.

Summary
The Republic's Clone Army was made up of the most elite soldiers in the galaxy, born and bred to lead the Republic to its ultimate victory against the Separatist Army. Made up of genetically perfect, unattached, clones of the beta, Jango Fett, they were the perfect cannon fodder to be sacrificed to the machine of war.
Except, maybe they weren't as perfect as the Kaminoans had promised. Perhaps, they were even less disposable than everyone assumed.
The story of Rex and Fives and how their relationship changed everything.

Summary
Fives moved to stand, wrapping his arm around Rex. “Are you scared, Rex?”
He thought for a long moment, twirling his fingers aimlessly around the swell of his stomach. As he moved, little bubbles sprang forth under his touch and he couldn’t stop the wistful smile that fell over this face. “I don’t have a choice not to be.”
Or, Umbara is passed, Rex and Fives are alive, the war isn't over, and the galaxy is much larger than it was before.

Summary
The water in Rex’s sink was clear, that much hadn’t changed. When he stuck his glove under the stream though, the water that trickled from the other side was cloudy and blue. Blue like the paint splattered across his armor that marked his battalion from Cody’s. Blue like the bands of Ahsoka’s montrals that cut in harsh contrast to the white. Blue like the mark he had left on Echo’s unblemished armor. Blue like the blotches that stained his skin where blood had seeped through the fabric of his glove unevenly. When he tried to wash it away, blue water droplets splashed at the edges of the sink and puddled on the counter. Rex liked the color blue, a relief really as he had to see it every day for his foreseeable future.
