    I don't really have a summary for this one.

    I know many of you have been worried about me and my mental health since I took a hiatus. Your love and support has meant the world to me.

    Honestly, I wrote this for myself. I went back and forth on sharing it, but I think it could be helpful for others, just as it was therapeutic for me to write.

    It is about miscarriage. While the miscarriage itself isn’t graphic, I do not shy away from talking about it and the emotions and trauma that come with such a hard and life altering event.
