Eddie groans in the back of his throat, tail shifting along the sand, and hips bucking forward to press against Buck’s ass at the reminder of that time. “I could hear you, even under the water, crying out my name,” Eddie groans, whispering into Buck’s neck and making him shiver. “You tasted so fucking good, like sin.”

Summary
Growing up, Eddie has always been told that it isn't an alpha's role to help omegas and betas through their periods. That it's solely the role of an omegan or beta parent to help them. Now, away from their influence and finding himself with the love of his life, Eddie suddenly wants to be there for Buck and help him through his period.
In his bid to help his mate out, Eddie soon learns that there is no shame in helping your omega through their cycle. Just as Buck reassures him that there is nothing wrong with changing his body and allowing himself to break free of the stereotypical alpha image. Allowing Eddie to find himself and love himself at the same time.
