Task force 141 is an unnatural one. It was rumoured that the team had monsters on it. Sure, people knew monsters existed. They lived in society and were... relatively accepted. If you use the word accepted loosely. In war however, monsters were sought after. If you had anything in your file that hinted at the fact that you possessed an uncanny ability, one that could be an advantage to whatever side you were on? You'd be picked up as quickly as a handler could get their hands on you.
(this fic is abandoned. I got some timeline stuff wrong and I want to create an AU focusing on a reader insert character. The character Murk will make a reappearance in a future fic. Sorry but thank you to all who have read :)

Summary
Member of the task force 141. Best friends with Soap and Gaz. Like a daughter to Price. Only one team member did things feel different, no matter how much they tried to not make it interfere with their missions.
Emma “Reaper” Steele had built up her reputation in the military. Becoming a Navy Seal, recruited by 141, and becoming known as the “Grim Reaper”. She was a deadly combo of all her team.
She was currently on loan to a different group that needed a certain skillset. Which she readily took as she had been recently thinking it was good to distance herself from Ghost. The last mission they went out on had been just them and lines had been crossed. There was a kiss, but what happened afterwards is what drove Emma away. But now they needed her back, and she couldn’t let her boys down. Even if one didn’t seem to want her around any longer.
This takes place in MW2 campaign, with Kill or Capture mission. Of course, things will be different to include the drama and my character.
