Summary
Hallownest is a breathtaking long-ruined Bug Kingdom, sprawling with ancient lore, treacherous landscapes, and dangerous foes. The very place oozes with mystery and myth.
It just so happens this magical fantastical domain is right in the backyard of some Human kid named Dewi. And through some crazy and nonsensical adventure (i.e the comic), he's come to find out about the kingdom of said bugs. With Hallownest's Ghost and Hornet, he somehow defeated the Radiance only a week ago!
Things were looking up, except for his constant sneeze and sniffy nose... but his Dad said it's tree allergies. So it's probably fine!Dewi's happy to think that...until he ends up waking up in the body of a bug and shoved splat in the middle of the Hallownest Kingdom. Unsure, scared, and very confused, Dewi sets out to find his bug friends and reverse whatever curse has been laid on him, while making some new friends in the process.

A Written Prologue to my Deltarune Comic, “Deltarune: The Chara Timeline”. This story follows the first meeting of Chara and Asriel Dreemurr in College as new roommates! This fic is mostly through the POV of Chara.
Story Snippet:
Azzy bit his lip. He was surprised by the swearing. His knocking must have really caught this human off guard…
There was a moment of silence, muffled walking, and then a small click of the doorknob. After a moment of hesitation, the door was flung open reveling a human about the same height as Azzy, albeit much leaner, looking a little red in the face and slightly dumbfounded.
“Oh!….” Azzy was a little awestruck. Something about this human seemed so familiar to him... The human also seemed stuck in place. A weird feeling passed between them both, as if this wasn’t their first time meeting one another.

One moment, you were leaving your house to go grocery shopping. The next, you’re in an entirely alien world full of bug people that mostly just want to kill you. When you get dragged into a giant skeleton by a pair of helmeted fighters, you meet one bug person in particular. One very, very small bug person. Welp, better to travel with a friend than alone!
Now, if only you knew what everybody else is saying…OR
The reader is a human stuck in Hallownest, but with absolutely no way to learn the language other than the hard way. Also, they become besties with Zote because I said so.
