Summary
After accidentally overhearing a conversation between Elizabeth Bennet and Charolette Lucas at the Netherfield ball, Darcy is forced to admit that he has made an embarrassing misjudgment. Elizabeth Bennet detests him. The trouble is, she might be the very person he needs most to help his sister out of her depression. Darcy must overcome his pride to ask a woman who does not even LIKE him to befriend his lonely sister, while Elizabeth must open her heart to a young woman in need.
Darcy and Elizabeth learn to know each other in broken pieces through letters sent to a mutually beloved girl.

Summary
The marriage of convenience fic no one asked for.
The morning after the Netherfield Ball, while Mr Collins is proposing to Elizabeth, Mr Bennet collapses. With her father unconscious and apparently near death, her mother pressuring her to marry Mr Collins, and the gentleman himself ignoring her protests, suddenly saying 'no' is not so easy. Faced with poverty and homelessness if she continues refusing, the gossip soon reaches Netherfield that she will have to marry Mr Collins. Just as Mr Darcy is about to mount his horse and follow Mr Bingley to London, never to return, he overhears the servants talking. The thought of Elizabeth married to a fool like Mr Collins is unbearable to him, and he resolves to make her a better offer. But, when she refuses him, he finds that he's willing to do anything for love - even marry her without the hope of being with her.

Summary

Until her eldest brother's death brought her home to help run the ranch and try to keep her family together while navigating the feelings she's had for a burly foreman. On the other hand, Presley Coady was the 'girl next door' running a small ranch to the north of the Yellowstone Ranch with her father. She met Kayce in 7th grade and the rest was history. Or so she thought.. until Monica. Presley took to rodeo and became a national title holder and was on her way to following Rosemarie into worlds when she changed directions and enlisted in the Marines until being medically discharged. Lee's death brought her back to the Ranch where she's forced to face the feelings that still exist for the youngest Dutton son.
