Summary
Why would Lamine Yamal be jealous of some kid that just signed to the team? Why would he care if his boyfriend has been talking to him and only him for nearly a week straight? Why should he care that Pau's laugh and smile, the ones reserved only for him, come out around Xavi Espart too?
Why should Lamine Yamal, a media proclaimed football god, be nervous that Xavi Espart, a kid that just broke onto the senior squad, is going to take his place in Pau Cubarsi's life?
Because Lamine Yamal doesn't share all that well.

Summary
“Are you scared?” When Michael looks at him, Musiala’s sorry ass looks like he really believes this: that Michael is scared of the water, not his age-old infatuation with Musiala. “I promise, it’s okay.” Musiala’s expression is so unfailingly earnest, his eyes warm and tender. “I’d never let you drown.”
Nothing in Michael’s life has really ended up how it’s supposed to, but at least Jamal Musiala is teaching him how to swim.
