"Yes," he nods unabashedly. He lightly tilts his head up so their eyes meet, needing Suguru to hear him. “Let me,” he begs.
“Please,” Suguru exhales in amusement, as bitter as the frost embroidered onto the windowsill outside. “You’re so much worse than me, Satoru,” he says, but he’s moving forward and seizing the desperation on Satoru’s lips. “You can’t fix shit.”
