Summary
Anna Smith and Abe Woodhull's engagement has been dissolved by their fathers' clashing loyalties and ambitions in an increasingly divided New York. Judge Woodhull thinks the Smiths'—social climbers and critics of British policies—threaten his standing.
Selah Strong, the eldest of Setauket's wealthiest family, spent most of his life at Strong Manor, which looms over the town literally and figuratively. The Strongs have a reputation as pillars of society, but behind closed doors, Selah’s father is quietly funding smuggling efforts. Selah has long since been captivated by Anna, watching her from the windows of the Strong family's fortress, and begins courting her at his father's behest. What starts as a practical alliance deepens into genuine affection for Selah, but Anna finds herself bored with Selah’s gentlemanly pursuits.
As Anna brings him further from the safety of the manor's walls, Selah emerges as a leader in Long Island's Patriot circles. Anna, now Selah’s fiancée, is drawn from their whispered plans to navigate the social pressures of their impending marriage. With their marriage, Strong Manor stands as both a symbol of privilege and a hub of rebellion looming over Setauket as its fate approaches.

Summary
Right Honorable Miss Adrienne Fairfax was the daughter and only child of Viscount William Fairfax, who, in a time before the revolution, was General George Washington's neighbor and best friend. The Fairfaxes owned all of Northern Neck, and the Viscount did not plan to lose all that income to the shifting tides of a Revolution. Miss Fairfax would marry, and she would marry well to keep her family's property. There was only one catch: the match would not only need to be deemed suitable by her father from across the Atlantic but it would be arranged by General Washington—her guardian in the Viscount and Viscountess' absence.
Lt. Colonel John Laurens was a man several years older than his betrothed: 23 to 17. The match was an ultimatum from his father, the President of the Continental Congress. John wanted to leave his studies in England to fight, and his marriage was the price of his honorary commission.
Adrienne had always been stupidly ambitious, and she would do whatever it takes to get only the best. She had goals to reach. Goals she’d never achieve if she did not jump at every opportunity to fulfill them. This godforsaken winter camp was a sacrifice she must make to have a say in the rest of her life.

--DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT LBL CANON. THERE ARE MENTIONS OF ESSENTIAL PLOT POINTS FOR CONTINUITY SAKE, BUT THE CONTENT OF THIS IS ALL AU TERRITORY. THE CONTENTS IN THIS ARE A "WHAT IF" SCENARIO, AND DO NOT DEPICT EVENTS TO HAPPEN IN CANON--
Her husband is a sodomite. It is all Adrienne can think of when she enters the bedroom they share. It is not the most shocking revelation to receive, that is true, but it ought to be.
Adrienne does not recall the short and numb walk from the nursery to the room she shares with her husband. She does, however, recall sliding down to rest atop the mattress, leaning her head on an ornately carved post at the foot of the bed and staring at the sheets on the bed in detached shock. She tries her best to deny it, to wish it untrue, but finds it impossible. John is a man of honor, it being one of the most important things to him. Yes, he is reckless, but he will do anything to defend his honor, even if it comes to dueling, even if it can possibly result in death. A man so wrapped up in keeping himself in the high esteem of others would not commit such sins.
And yet, what if his sodomy is the reason for such?

Summary
"Adrienne had decided. Christmas in South Carolina was miserable. There was nothing Charleston did particularly wrong in its festivities in her book except leave her out of them. The few invitations received at the house during the season were all addressed solely to John. Due to his need to canvas the town’s elite to create the battalion of his dreams, John had not declined a single one. The social gap was clear as day to Adrienne. They did not have to like John, but he was still a Laurens of South Carolina breed, and this alone merited him access to every significant event in the city. Adrienne did not have this benefit. She was a Laurens in no way except in name, but rather a British Lady, and they viewed her as an enemy. They did not care she had lived in the colonies all her life, she was an outsider in their minds, and they made sure she knew it. It made for an incredibly depressing season."

Summary
"Today Adrienne did not venture out to visit with John in the morning, for no particular reason beyond the desire to stay warm and cozy in her bedroom here at the Cochran’s New Jersey estate. She had only moved from her bed to collect her darling boy from his resting place so that she might hold him close, propped up in the bed. The two of them made quite the sight, still dressed in none but her chemise and dressing robe, her sweet, rapidly growing boy, wrapped loosely in his blankets. They remind this way for some time, Adrienne delighting in each little coo and squeal that lit up across his face, until she finally rose from her bed, dressing her young John with a new sash to match the deep green color of the candy stripe silk gown she donned for the day.
The house was not decorated, likely because of Gertrude Schyler Cochran’s old age, but Adrienne had discussed it with her some nights ago and today was the day. Today would be spent decorating the house. Adrienne had been given free rein over the house’s servants and fully intended to join them in their decorating as much as she did at Belvoir when she was young."

Summary
“Mother... if I were... In the event that one found oneself... shall we say interested in interacting with someone who was not normally included in our social circles, would that... would one find oneself quite dismissed from the family, do you suppose?”
The first wizarding war didn't end. It just changed tactics.
Hidden in bureaucracy, buried in laws, and baked into bloodlines, wizarding society is still divided into those who belong, and those who don't. But Hermione Granger has never backed down from a challenge, and she's never wanted anything more than to belong.
Not every war is fought with battles and curses. Some are fought with hushed conversations, careful compromises, and a revolution that begins in a library.

Summary
From a magical artifact, a wish born of pure intent and a pure-blood ritual, Elara Aurora Black was born. Daughter to Sirius Black and Remus Lupin.
All was well in their family. Until that faithful night, on Halloween 1981 a great tragedy struck the Potters. Hailed traitor and lunatic, Sirius was cast away to Azkaban, while the Ministry stripped Remus of his parental rights, giving little Elara away to be raised with her aunt Narcissa.
Raised for years, as her aunt's perfect ward and the future of the Noble House of Black. Young Elara was shielded from the truth of her true parentage, reshaped by her strict upbringing and the expectations that weighed on her shoulders.
That is until now.
