    Musutafu wasn't a pretty area but it wasn't quite the slums, either. Buildings were up-kept but not well. There were rats but they kept to themselves rather than running across your feet. There was crime, but not the super kind. Perhaps this is why there was a shortage of high-ranking heroes in the area. And none of the ranking 500 and lower heroes were prepared to handle this vigilante.

    This man… the villain… left a trail of half-baked humans in his wake.

    OR: When Rising hero, Red Riot, is sent to bring in a troublesome vigilante he finds himself questioning the motives of the Hero Safety Commission. Dynamight is not so easily captured and Kirishima is not so sure that Bakugou is the bad-guy.
