    Summary

Pawbert Lynxley has finally come to terms that he won't get anywhere running a wheel towards a goal he'd never reach. Change wasn't possible.

He's come to terms with the truth that everyone is exactly as they are, and there's nothing anyone can do about that. No matter how hard he tried, he would never feel the relief of love from his father, and now he'd have no chance to be in the light of the public eye either.
But that was okay. He was only focused on the attention and affection of one animal anyway.

He'd thrown him away once, yes, and that was stupid. But this time he'll stay. It might take some convincing, but now they'll both be able to get away. Forever. Forget all of those past mistakes.

Now, just where could you be, Gary De’Snake?

    _____

The opposite of a Pawbert redemption arc. He changes! But he gets WORSE! In a different way!

    Summary

As Melon gathered the two sleepy kids, his head turned back to give Gouhin a reassuring nod.

A distraction caught his attention first, though, the masked male noticing the deep woody eyes of the body in the older Shishigumi member's arms.

He almost mistook the body to be staring at him.

1st-Year University Student Melon returns home after his spring semester of school. On the night of his arrival, his walk home is interrupted by a wounded man desperate for medical attention.

With their worlds connecting, Melon struggles to understand his desire to be under the strength of a dangerous man, while Agata becomes frustrated with the mixed signals from the strange employee of the Black Market's night doctor.

A lot can happen in two months. And a lot can happen as two unlikely friends learn more about each other.
