Summary
After becoming the World Champion, Ash Ketchum returns to Pallet Town for a well-earned break, hoping for some peace and quiet. However, his plans take a turn when he receives an invitation to be a special guest judge at the prestigious Kanto Grand Festival. Initially unsure, Ash changes his mind the moment he sees a familiar face on TV—Serena, dazzling the stage with her graceful performance.
Meanwhile, Serena, now traveling with May and Dawn, has just earned her fifth ribbon and secured her place in the Grand Festival. When she learns that Ash will be one of the judges, she’s overwhelmed with emotion and decides to dedicate her performance to the boy who once inspired her journey.
As the Grand Festival approaches, old bonds are rekindled, new dreams take flight, and hidden feelings begin to surface. With friends reunited and hearts on the line, will Serena’s performance reach the one she holds dearest?

After achieving the League’s highest honor of becoming World Champion (and taking a little break), Ash is back on the road…and Kalos is where his feet have steered him.
Fate seemed determined to give these two a second chance to figure themselves out.
