"What?" Dream asked, face softening when he noticed George's eyes flickering from his eyes to his lips and then back up again, his smile returning as soon as his eyes did.
"You're just…" George starts again, and Dream is fully expecting him to finish off with a 'dumb' or 'an idiot' or 'ugly' said in a tone so fond it makes him want nothing more than to kiss the words right out of George's mouth, but those words never come.
Instead, George says, "You're really pretty," and he says it in the same fond tone, the most loving and sincere voice George possesses, one that only Dream gets to hear on a regular basis.

Dream falls in love with George further every single day. George falls in love with Dream just the same. This time, George is the one to verbalize it, making them both glow pink with the utter infatuation they feel for each other.

Summary
After meeting in far from ideal circumstances, Clay and George become roommates, attending a local university. The two grow close, but stress consumes George, causing him to lash out at Clay, saying some unforgettable words that he knows he doesn’t mean. George storms out, while, Clay takes it all to heart, tanking his own already bad mental health, and sending him into a spiral.

Shouto’s heart nearly stops. It feels like glass shattering on a marble floor, the pieces going everywhere, poking, hurting, making him bleed. It’s different to say it during sex. There, anything goes.
Still, he can’t say no. That’s one of the things they’ve promised without ever speaking the words. He’ll never lie to Katsuki. He’ll never make him hurt.
“...you’re my first priority,” Shouto answers instead.
Katsuki stiffens. “Oh.”
