Summary
The year?
2003ish.The vibe?
Skater boy Chuuya has been getting by with sleeping on floors and stealing necessities since he was seven years old and ran away from that rather mysterious, disturbing, forgotten past of his. But his life is turned upside down upon meeting a weird, lonely boy: his friendships unravel; he moves in with Dazai and his guardian Mori; and he’s now got one summer left before he’s thrust into school for the very first time. Only blasting pop punk music will save him.Meanwhile, Dazai’s suicidal plans have been interrupted by a new toy—dog, boy, whatever—to play with. If only he could stop being an asshole and figure out what these strange new emotions mean.
And then why don’t either of them feel like real human teenagers?
The dynamic?
“Dazai wants to keep him in a cage like a canary—chattering loudly in the corner, pretty to look at, something he could sink his teeth into.” VS. “Chuuya only allows himself a moment of sadness for Dazai, before thinking, He’s so fucking annoying, no wonder he’s lonely.”- Language:

Summary
Chuuya froze when he saw the name on the list. “No, please no.” He turned to the receptionist. “Can this still be changed?” The woman shakes her head. “Not until next semester.” All hope lost, he walks away, almost feeling the look of pity the receptionist gives him.
Chuuya mutters a small prayer under his breath then opens the door. He lets out a sigh of relief when he sees that the dorm itself seems alright. “Chuuya Nakahara”, the young man lying on the bed says. “I’m just going to call you Chuuya, alright? Good, glad we agree. I’m Dazai Osamu and you... are actually quite pretty?” Dazai smirks evilly. “I’m sure we’ll have lots of fun together.” Chuuya closed the door behind him without a word.

Summary
Dazai couldn't wrap his brain around it. How could the student population think that Chuuya Nakahara was more attractive than him? And, alright, sure, maybe professors shouldn't get caught up in petty drama. But to Dazai, this wasn't just drama. This was war. A war in which he was not going to lose.
