Summary
In the Sengoku period, when warlords carve Japan into banners of blood and fire, the province of Iga stands apart - home to the shinobi, those known to the world as ninja.

At the end of all this, they would probably go their separate ways, and she would have lost her chance to come forward. Not that she had ever planned too, but she hated the idea of having regrets. She hated even more the idea of losing Korra. Whether it was because of a stupid crush, or because they would go to different universities. Asami never wanted to live a life where she didn’t see Korra every day."

Summary
As a literal god there is something responsibilities to be taken into account, one of them is that the gods, despite being divine all powerful beings, are nothing more than bridges between the mortal realm and the spiritual realm. However one of those bridges has been burnt.
After experiencing devasting events during the One Hundred Years War, Korra closed her connection with humans, as well as her heart, becoming completely unbothered by the human life around her. That is it until a pair of green eyes look at her, and as a fresh gulf of air, the goddess can re-learn how to trust and how to love.

Sometimes, on rare occasions, two red threads may intertwine, becoming in this way bounded, connected, and meant to be.
