Summary
James couldn’t, he couldn’t, he did it, he ended his beloved wife's life. The tape, the memories, the pictures, every last moment of Mary in the hospital and in their bedroom; he tried to forget but every memory of her came back to reality and hit him hard. He took her life; he took it out of so much stress and seeing her in pain. He stood tense sitting in a chair. The tape loops in his mind over and over, his fingernails scratching deeper and deeper onto the cotton of the armchair.
Delusion becomes reality as the inside of the hotel room becomes dirty, rotting away, water flooding the floor, the glass windows shattered, and eerie silence fills the room. He couldn’t move; he didn't want to move; there was no reason to move. He rather rot inside slowly letting any creature come and kill him.
So he waits…

"I already know that she calls you that." Eddie spoke out.
James shakes his head, "N-no I mean...never mind..."
"Come on...let's go." James grabs Pyramid Head by the hand ready to leave, "Uh, what are you doing fart face?" Laura looks at James confused, "What are you doing with your hand? Holding an imaginary stick?" She starts pretending to hold a stick.
"Or an imaginary girlfriend? Hah!" Eddie points and laughs.
James frowns and looks back letting go of Pyramid Head, "W-what do you mean? Do you not see him?"
