Scrawled in black ink across the top, it reads:
'"I'm sorry," An Apology Letter by Emily Wang'
It was old, dusty, and yet barely worn out. It must have been hiding at the bottom of the box, and no one thought to check under all the tapes. How fortunate.
But why is it hidden?Or: The Reader is a chosen tribute who's discovered a hidden letter from a former winner of their District. They decide to read it in the hope of gaining some useful information.
