Summary
Wednesday climbed the stairs to the studio with a frown and little enthusiasm for what was to come. Weems had invited the band with the owner of the mysterious red notebook and had called Wednesday to come and meet them.
"This is Wednesday Addams, our best lyricist", Weems said with a smile to the motley crew in her office.
"Who's responsible for this?", she asked.
Wednesday didn't know what to expect. She'd barely glanced through that notebook, but the writing was remarkably raw and profound, expressing complex feelings, the pain of a complicated life, but also the hope and imagery of a rich and valuable inner world.
So she didn't know what to expect from the person who had written that.
"Um, me, that's mine," a blonde girl with pink highlights and every color of the rainbow on her quickly raised her hand, though her voice wavered with timidity. “I’m Enid, nice to meet you”.aka
Band AU where Wednesday is a ghostwriter for Nevermore Records and is assigned to work with Enid to write lyrics for her breakout band.

Wednesday is very good at writing feelings, not feeling them. Enid is very good at feeling feelings, not writing them. They have to work together, shenanigans ensue

Summary
To the world, they've become strangers a long time ago - two lives moving parallel, untouched, unmentioned. Two names never said in the same breath anymore.
But for eleven years, Taylor and Karlie have loved each other in the quiet, between the noise. In the breath between flashbulbs. In every version of the truth they're not allowed to speak. They hold it together with half-smiles, with practiced distance, with names that don't belong to them. Until the fault lines give way - too much pretending, too much pressure, and then, everything snaps.
It isn't quiet, not really. It's cruel. Words meant to hurt, a choice made too late, silence that follows like a storm.
They walk away...or try to. But forgetting doesn't come and grief settles where memory won't go, and still, something in them waits.
Then news come - the kind that changes the air in a room. They don't know what they're returning to, only that they do.
With time folding in on itself and nothing left between them but what never healed, they reach across the distance, not to reclaim what was lost, but to be there while it fades...
