Summary
All Paxton wanted was to take a vacation to Lumiose City, see the sights, check out the Urban Redevelopment project they had going on, and most importantly, get away from the pressure and expectations of being the son of the biggest celebrities in Johto, that being the Regional League Champion, Ethan, and his wife.
Instead he gets roped into both joining the nightly Z-A Battle Royale, the victor of which is granted their greatest reasonable wish, and into working with a group of people around his age called Team MZ, who work to protect Lumiose City from Rogue Mega Evolved Pokémon, and who operate out of Hotel Z, which was owned and operated by an old man named AZ and his rather peculiar Floette.
Still, it wasn't all bad. Pax's teammates on Team MZ, Lida and Naveen, were both great people, and the team's de facto leader, Taunie... she may be a bit of an airhead at times, but there is something about her personality that's captivated him nonetheless. It also helped that she was rather beautiful as well.
And all the while, the Order Pokémon, Zygarde, watches Paxton's progress with great interest...
