"I love you," Harry says on June 25, 51, halfway through a game of cribbage. Cuno has done nothing more notable than tell a joke that made Harry laugh.
Cuno doesn't know what to say. Nobody loves Cuno. Loving Cuno should probably be an interisolary crime. "Gross," he says.
An exploration of those Cuno has lost, those he's gained, and those he can't let go.

Summary
"Astarion, I warned you what would happen if you forced my hand!"
Wyll burst through the reception room just as Astarion had imagined, sharp eyebrows drawn in fury, full lips tight with a disappointed scowl, the flickering light of the braziers caught on his embroidered peacock doublet. Anger, like almost everything else, suited him well.
"Darling, I have no idea what you mean."

Summary
The blood in the mortars of Harrenhal was burned out by dragonfire brighter than a dying star. But the stone remembered what it once had. What it wants still. Harrenhal is a god; its own dripping altar. Danelle Lothston is the only person who has ever seen it for what it was, terrible and red and hungry. It shares her soul, and she paints her teeth crimson.
Or: once, there was a castle made from our blood, and it ate us whole, for that is the way of the world.

Summary
A breeze rippled through the garden, sending Aerith’s loose hair flying. A noise soon followed, ringing through the air, so light that Aerith could barely catch it—a faint whisper of a song, light and airy and beautiful, chanted in unison by a hundred thousand voices. It disappeared as quickly as it came, and when Aerith lifted her head from the ground, she didn’t see anything different—just the barren dirt. With a sigh, she brushed herself off and walked back to the door, giving the garden one last glance before sneaking back inside.
Aerith's childhood wish is to see the outdoors. After tragedy strikes, robbing Aerith of her opportunity to escape Midgar, she struggles to adjust to her new reality—until she learns, with the help of her new guardian, that she can grow joy wherever she goes.
