The young man thought that the thought of taking some fresh air sounded nice about now, the hair in the rum feeling stuffy and warm. It was warm outside for being the middle of the night so Armin knew didn’t need any extra clothes so he wore what he slept in, a pair of loose fitting gray cotton pants and a white short sleeved shirt.
He opened the door to the room, walked through the corridor which housed the doors to the others rooms and swiftly walked down the main stairs and opened the door leading to the outside.————————————————————————
Ever since Armin turned into a Titan shifter, he’s been plagued by nightmares. During one summer night he decided to take some fresh air after one of these nightmares. However he ain’t the only one awake in the middle of the night, haunted by their past.

It had become a sort of ceremony for the four of them by now.
After everything had died down after they had returned to Paradi, Armin had suggested they’d go to the beach. They’d brought some food and a blanket and sat and stared at the sharp line that merged the heaven and the sea for hours. They had watched it go from a nice pale blue to a deep orange and finally, a black night sky twinkling with stars. They made a fire when the sun wasn’t up to warm them anymore and the warm Sommer winds had been replaced with the cold of night. There they had sat, peering up into the cosmos.————————————————————————
So like the Armin-centric post canon beach episode. Yes I’m still on my Armin/Jean Brain rott and I will show people the light!
They just have my whole heart bro so here is my contribution!Armin, Mikasa, Jean and Connie go to the beach to mourn. Armin is zoning out like crazy. Armin and Jean talk about how it felt for Armin to only have a certain amount of years left on his life when he still had the power of the colossal titan. They hold hands!

Summary
Armin has noticed that Jean has been distancing himself from him after what happened when they pretended to be Historia and Eren. Now they have to, ugh, talk about it. However Armin doesn’t really understand how what happened isn’t justifiable since everything worked out in the end and Jean doesn’t know how to have a serious, none awkward, conversation and now it’s everyone’s problem.
